是的，一般都是建议升级到最新的，也就是最上面的。但是F5030 官网中就一个稳定的版本
升级步骤在升级软件包中的版本说明中的附录C中有指到说明

目前的推荐版本是22年稳定版本：CMW710-R9660P29
命令行升级步骤：
设备作为FTP Client，访问FTP文件服务器的指定路径，完成启动文件的备份及升级操作，具体操作步骤如下：
备份当前启动文件和配置文件
