问题描述：

认证接入设备为WX3540X  Radius设备为IMC7

我已经在ac wx3540x上配置好了 

radius-server test-profile permit-all username test1 password xxx interval 1

primary authentication 192.168.1.1 key cipher yyy test-profile permit-all

逃生模板配置了

wlan service-template permit-all 

 ssid taoshen 

client forwarding-location ap 

 fail-permit template 

 service-template enable

wlan service-template test 

 ssid test vlan 2 

 client forwarding-location ac 

 fail-permit enable keep-online 

 portal enable method direct 

 portal bas-ip 172.16.0.1 

 portal apply web-server imc 

 portal fail-permit web-server 

 service-template enable

手动down掉radius 认证接口，使用命令 dis radius scheme imc 可以发现radius block了，但是逃生没成功。请问radius该如何配置逃生。
