公司用的交换机密码忘记了，又不能恢复出厂，请问还有别的方法进去吗？

如果用户设置的console登录口令丢失，又不能通过telnet方式修改口令，可以使用以下解决方法：删除启动文件。具体操作步骤如下：

2、导出设备配置文件到外部TFTP/FTP服务器

3. Display all files in device
4. Delete file from device
5. Modify BootRom password
