问题描述：

端口聚合后，当其中一个down后，链路就断了，聚合没有起来

组网及组网描述：

华三交换机与中兴OLT设备端口聚合对接，现华三交换机是动态聚合trunk并允许vlan通过，并且端口强制千兆全双工

对端中兴的配置如下：

 interface gei_1/19/3   

hybrid-attribute fiber   

no negotiation auto

speed 1000

duplex full   

flowcontrol disable   

port-protect disable 

uplink-isolate disable  

switchport mode hybrid   

switchport vlan 41-42  tag   

smartgroup 2 mode active
